Any development whether it be a website or a bespoke software solution will require maintenance to ensure that content is kept up to date and problems resolved. Your website in essence is never finished, and is a living breathing entity once it is release onto the web. It is important to keep the content fresh, not only for your customers, but for search engines who do appreciate new content on the sites they index.
Modika offer several website maintenance options, which are aimed at providing the best maintenance solution for your business. You can choose between our pay as you go option and our longer-term maintenance contracts. If your site was built by us or not, we will offer you the support it needs.
Pay As You Go
Pay as you go website maintenance support is ideal for small businesses who only require occasional updates to their websites; you simply pay for the time it takes to complete the work. Before any work is carried out, we will provide you with an estimate so that you can see roughly how much the change will cost, if you are happy, we will do the work and simply invoice you.
Website and Software Maintenance Contracts
For more complex and larger website updates, and for bespoke software which requires longer-term support we offer monthly (minimum of three months) and annual support contracts. Prices vary, depending on complexity of changes and their envisaged frequency, and we do not want to offer 4 hour per month contracts when you may only need 2.
